Close to the water. Ample parking. Charming decor in the rooms. Nice balcony area. Comfy bed. Good heater.

Sketchy upper walkways, felt like they were going to come down at any second. Room key worked for my room and a room down the hall- found out the hard way when somebody got confused and had set up in my room. Seems like a security concern.

That you couldn’t see the ocean from the second floor. Our TV screen in the living room also went black with no picture and we were unable to fix it, the hotel cannot fix it either.

A very comfortable bed and the kitchenette was well appointed. Loved the fireplace and the big picture windows, too.

Since it is a beach location, hardwood or laminate floors would be great. The walls were thin and noise from above and next door were quite loud.

The view from my room, (302) was fantastic, the proximity to the beach was great and the staff was very helpful and genuine. I really liked the little kitchenette setup. The check-out time was noon, which is rare for a beach hotel.

I did not like that I had to leave and go back home.

Clean and customers service was awesome
