Agendei pelo app , chegando no local fiquei mais de 25 minutos para ser atendida , e tive a resposta que a suíte que tinha reservada não estava mais disponível . Sendo que cheguei às 21:25 no local, a recepcionista estava enrolada na recepção tentando resolver as acomodações . Estou decepcionada com o atendimento dessa empresa .
