Stay was excellent location was excellent and hospitality was wonderfull.

Practically nothing , ideally you should visit this place and room no 302.

1) leaking faucet in the bathroom, leaking tap and " NO INTERCOM". Why you have an answer 2)no room service , even after asking multiple times , first they said after lunch , then after 4 pm. Then I decided not get the room cleaned , the dustbin was not not cleaned to the extent that it was a welcome sign to all species of roaches. 3)Then you as an aggregator you say it is worth 4k , rates slashed to 2k something, bullshit to your stupid marketing gimmicks. 4) Then the most decent part of this "Hotel Decent" is the front desk , who kept on giving rejecting my ID for identification like License issued by Delhi Govt and Aadhar on account my picture is not clear and hence He will not give me the room, the guy who allotted me room no 302 on 26th Sep 2024 , he should have been sitting in interogation area not in the reception of hospitality sector, I said I will mention this experience in my feedback , to this that idiot of first grade said "He can also review me". The same id was used to book rooms in Holiday Inn in my previous booking. If these hotels are dubious know for dubious activities , then you should have a additional label which says " Stay here at your own risk" coz for a aggregator like you 4) Shady name like Oyo Lucky Hotel , dirty bed sheets , cockroaches lurking here and there. 5) Where on earth , for 1k something , these shady cheap dirty hotels do not even have a bottle of water . I think this is a basic norm. 6) Now comes the best part , the same idiot of the first grade was in reception when I checked out in the early hrs of 28 Sep 2024, he was like give me review , I said I will, so here is it to that idiot chap. 7) This is for booking dot com platform , do not be a shitty aggregator , be a good one if not the best.

The blankets were not clean. I had to ask them to change.

Bed sheets, blankets and pillow covers all linens are unclean, bathrooms are very dirty, flush not working properly.
