Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, the hotel did not fully meet my expectations of a 4-star property. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner, and there was no refrigerator in the room. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and quickly assisted us with this issue.

There was no refrigerator in the room. I believe a fridge should be provided as a standard facility in a 4-star hotel. Basic amenities such as toothpaste were not available in the room.
