I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Novotel Hamburg City Alster a couple of weeks ago. The level of hospitality here is truly top-tier. The day before my arrival, I called to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in. I spoke with Ms. Nikola Stoll, who was incredibly accommodating and ensured that I could check into my room the moment I arrived. To my absolute delight, I was also surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Suite room without even asking. Shortly after checking in, a delicious free dessert was delivered to my room as a courtesy gesture. The entire experience was seamless, smooth, and genuinely memorable. The staff here go above and beyond for their guests. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
