Very secure place to stay. Rooms are clean. Easy of access. No doubt I shall stay again in that hotel and recommend to anyone who wants to visit Kishasa.
hôtel propre, calme, mais le personnel n'est pas très dégourdi
No light in my room, staff not interested in solving problems, only one towel in the bathroom for a couple. I am really disappointed by poor quality service and staffing behavior
Great service all around
Points forts : Emplacement :en plein centre ville non loin de la gare centrale, proche d’un restaurant, commerce, banque. Les services : petit déjeuner, boisson, restaurant, repassage, laverie, location de voiture, wifi, piscine. Personnel agréable. Points faibles : le petit déjeuner est toujours le même, ça en devient lassant au bout de 2 jours. La chambre ne donne pas sur une fenêtre qui éclaire, la chambre est très sombre et nous sommes obligé d’allumer la lumière toute la journée. L’eau de la douche éclabousse partout dans la salle de bain. Ce qui est désagréable Mais nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Kandolo. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir et nous recommandons cet hôtel
A wonderful place staffed by wonderful happily working people, The boy Jean (my friend) & a good manager Nadine, a receptionist Grace & all the wonderful others, the only hiccup was the electricity issues which had nothing to do with Hotel (national downfall) however; they always used their own generator which kept understandably overheating due to overwork. Overall; a nice place to stay in Kinshasa and I’ve recommended many friends in Europe/Africa /America & Asia.
L hotel est tres confortable meme si ul est encore en construction, la oiscine est propre et la salle de sport est trzs agréable.

Problème des moustiques
Je n’ai pas apprécié les matelas qui étaient très durs! Il y a beaucoup de moustiques à cause de l’emplacement de l’hôtel à côté d’un cours d’eau sale! L’équipement est incomplet ou insuffisant, ou encore très mal fait dans les chambres! Et le personnel manque de professionnalisme!
