Staff was very friendly and accommodating

I’ve stayed here several times on my way to Colorado and been satisfied. This time was totally different. This location is in bad need of upgrading and renovating. Bath tub was old and unsafe. There was no hot water and the sink stopper didn’t work. The refrigerator leaked water all over the place.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were comfy and smelled pleasant.

Decent value. Comfortable bed and working tv. Not the Four Seasons, but ok as a pass through while driving.

Staff were amazing and had coffee ready before 6a. Very friendly and made local restaurant suggestions!

For the price and location, it was great. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

Room smelled like dog urine.

The door in our room wouldn't shut. We reported this and was told they were sold out and they couldn't change rooms. They also stated that it is set to get fixed next week. I am wondering why they would even rent this room out until it is fixed.

Really clean and good-sized room. Shower 🚿 water pressure was superb even if the drain couldn't quite keep up. Good location and pets are welcomed.

The desk clerk could have been a lot more welcoming.
