Big Springs Inn

The motel met our expectations, we regulary stay at Motel 6. The room was clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The motel located next to the highway, so it is perfect to stop to rest on a long trip.

We had no problem.

A continental breakfast would have been nice

Room and sinks had been nicely updated. The toilet/shower were older and not updated. (Given pictures you might assume they were given The sinks) air conditioner was very noisy when the fan started up, so we left in the always run mode. If had switched on and off all night, we never would have slept.

Very nice and straightforward place to stay on a long journey.

I liked that they had wifi password and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice.

Was close to job site.

They wouldn't clean the room for 5 days. Claimed they did. Sewer was backed up. Next room for 3 days tv didn't work. Asked to have it fixed. Had to do it myself. Didn't clean that room either. Windows was unlocked. Bunch of weirdos around the place. Staff was friendly but don't do there job. Better off driving to ogallala and staying in a motel there.
