Great hotel to stay. clean, cosy and comfortable. Friendly staff and good food. Great pool, good gym. Always liked going back.

The food and stay is amazing. Amaan went above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Worst Service, No guest reception, no proper welcome at the hotel. Quality of food was bad, terrible room comfort, water kept coming from the bathroom to the room.

Very exclusive, probably the best Trident property in India. Arguably the best Hotel of Odisha in Bhubaneswar - the property maintains its exclusivity in its design, legacy, and service. Much different from the run-of-the-mill, the other "regular" hotels in Bhubaneswar. All the other hotels belong to one similar category, and this Trident is a completely separate category with a lower Tariff.

We had a short stay to celebrate a birthday here. The hotel itself was very well maintained and the rooms were excellent. As for the restaurant, the food was outstanding along with the excellent service. We were helped by Mr. Amaan who catered to us during the morning buffet. This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars and a stay is worth the price.

Stayed for 2 weeks at Trident and enjoyed dinner and drinks in the bar area several times. Most charming and welcoming service received from Dawa, who accommodated all requests with a smile and prepared expert cocktails. Chef’s shish and vermicelli kheer are beyond delicious. Warmly and fully recommend the Trident bar and staff.

Had an amazing time. The staff is incredible helpful and go above and beyond to make my stay excelling. Amaan was always ensuring I was well taken care of and was absolutely amazing, his communication skills are much needed and suited to luxury hospitality . The chef Ganesh and the entire team made my bday very special with a cake made for me. Look forward to coming again
