Neat clean room but small. Very tiny washrooms, uncomfortable to sit on the seat. Bath area micro tiny. Forced to stand in the bath tub for a shower. Food just about average with slow service.

Ever since he has joined the property, the transformation is clearly visible—the service standards, attention to detail, and overall guest experience have elevated remarkably. We were also grateful for the thoughtful room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Ali from the front desk, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. He was our primary point of contact and ensured that everything was handled seamlessly with genuine warmth and professionalism. What truly sets this hotel apart is the entire team—every single staff member we interacted with was courteous, attentive, and committed to making our experience special.
