The hotel was dirty, bed broken, tub dirty, and had roaches

Loud noise and screaming through the night very hard to sleep especially when you are connecting between flights etc Don’t stay here

Nothing . Worst hotel experience ever. Dirty! Rude staff at check in . I did not stay due to bed that had been slept in and dirty toilet and a tub that was literally black. There was no shuttle though I was told I would be met at 8:00, I called when there was no one there to meet me, I was in a wheelchair and had just traveled 8 hours. The woman at the front desk told me that they did not have shuttle available. When I told her that they said that there would be shuttle. She said that had changed you'll have to take a taxi or an Uber I said that I was not able to walk and I said will I be compensated for that and she said no. They then sent someone to pick me up who was part of maintenance. When I got to the hotel I asked to see the room first, they wanted me to leave my suitcase there and I refused and they sent the same man with me and he witnessed the filth of the room and agreed to go downstairs and get me two keys so I could see the other rooms. The front desk called and told me I needed to come down and finish checking in. I said I had already done all of the check-in over the phone and I was very tired and could not come down again. I told her I did not feel safe there. She refused to give me a refund, my son in Costa Rica called an Uber to come and take me to another hotel.

I didn't feel like I was safe, had no trust in the staff after they lied about the facilities and the transportation and tried to get me to leave my suitcase with them as collateral (?). .

I loved the location & cleanliness of the facility.
