The apartment has no dishwasher and no dryer. You need to wash the dishes and clean and take out the thrash even before checking out otherwise you’ll be charged a fee. You can’t open the windows and that makes the apartment super hot (we had some peanuts covered with salt and honey and the honey melted and they got stuck together). We called to get someone to open the windows because you need a special key and the customer support stated that they don’t have anybody on the weekend. They couldn’t give us any other apartment nor justify why the other apartments had windows open and gave us an email to send a feedback. The cleaning level was very low both in the bathroom and the kitchen.
