Very kind staff, very clean and large room and bathroom, comfortable bed, blackout shades, great location, Nespresso coffee maker

I never like carpets in hotel rooms.

Our family and extended family stayed at the AKA for Thanksgiving. The staff went out of their way to help us from assigning our rooms on the same floor to treats in the gathering area. Our rooms were very comfortable, but having the gathering area was the best. The whole family congregated there before going out, for meals, and to visit. This is my second time staying there, and I would highly recommend it to others.

The staff are very welcoming, attentive, and polite. The room is spacious, and the hotel’s location is conveniently close to everything.

Good location Clean new facilities

Double bed a bit small Lobby restroom difficult to find and needed key card for entry ( don’t forget in case you’re in a hurry). Attendant a bit aggressive in insisting on handling all carry-on luggage going up the elevator tho some members of our group didn’t want to wait for it.

Very nicely furnished, great room size, good location

The noise from the road outside was really loud throughout the night!

The location is great as it is within walking distance to the Restaurants, garden, library, churches and shopping mall. The hotel staff is super helpful and the room is clean and good size.
