Lovely stay! Fantastic service, especially by Catrina who was charming, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back again!

What a wonderful place! We had such a great time, the facilities are outstanding and the overall service is just impeccable! Everyone was so welcoming and professional which enhanced our experience… no matter how good the facilities… nothing beats feeling welcomed and treated with kindness. Had a great weekend. The staff in the restaurant work really hard but a special mention has to go to Kristina. Kristina is a credit to the spa, service goes above and beyond and she really cares about making a difference. The room was lovely and my menopause massage by Janet was one of the best massages I have experienced. I would love to see an option of boiled or mash potatoes rather than wedges and a cod dish. Reception staff were also fab. Cannot wait to go back

I recently stayed at Springs Champneys for my first ever solo trip, and I honestly had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. I stayed for two nights, booked through Vitality, and the value was incredible considering all meals, spa facilities, and accommodation were included. As someone who is gluten intolerant, travelling and eating somewhere unfamiliar can feel quite nerve-wracking, but Massimo and Catrina were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. They genuinely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, looked after, and welcome. After checking whether I liked chocolate, Massimo even brought me a chocolate ganache dessert from the evening menu during the buffet lunch, which was such a thoughtful and personalised touch. Having never even eaten out alone before this trip, it was lovely to chat with them and feel so at ease. The food throughout my stay was excellent, and I was really impressed with the number of gluten free options available. The allergens menu was very clear, and the chefs were happy to adapt dishes where needed. On the first evening I had the oyster mushroom taco, monkfish curry, and salted caramel panna cotta, and on the second evening I enjoyed the crab and prawn summer rolls, ricotta stuffed courgette, and passion fruit parfait - all delicious. The breakfast and lunch buffets were also fantastic, with plenty of choice and both hot and cold options that were frequently replenished. I especially appreciated the individual gluten free Schär cereal packets alongside the additional fruits, nuts, and muesli options. I really wish more restaurants catered for food intolerances in the thoughtful way they do here. It’s not a choice, and it was such a relief not to feel awkward or difficult for asking questions about food. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and attention shown by the staff, which allowed me to completely relax and enjoy my stay. One of my favourite things about the resort was how peaceful and tranquil it felt. It never seemed overcrowded, so whether I wanted to swim, use the sauna and steam room, or sit by the ponds after a walk and read a book, there was always space to unwind quietly. I also tried several fitness classes during my stay and had such a fun time. The classes felt welcoming regardless of fitness level and were a great opportunity to try something new. I did yoga, dance fitness, aqua fit, and even hired a bike to cycle towards the lovely village of Packington. My room was clean, comfortable, and overlooked the beautiful, well-kept gardens. The teas and Elemis toiletries provided were also a lovely touch. This is actually the Champneys resort furthest from where I live, but I would absolutely return because the staff made the whole experience feel so special.

We often stay at Champneys when working in Ashby, I enjoy using the gym & swimming pool. Staff are always friendly & helpful, especially Catrina.

The staff were all pleasant and helpful eg the manager Pete helped me get out of my car. I am disabled with arthritic knees Lovely food and good choice buffets

My husband slipped getting out of the bath and burnt his right elbow on the heated rail. We suggested to reception that a grab rail should be fitted

Had a great time soaking up the sun as well as using the wonderful facilities at Champneys. Carol, Catrina, Massimo and the rest of the team provided an excellent service. Thank you to Sharon who gave me a pedicure and Alexia who gave me a very relaxing back massage. My room was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view. The food was healthy and delicious! All in all, a very special weekend and one to remember. Already have my return voucher!
