Just average. Doing construction in hotel so only 1 elevator working.

Everyone was very friendly.

There was a serious issue with the sink drainage.Hot water for showers was limited.

The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and updated.

Really just the location. Just a stop off of I-95.

We used this hotel as a one night stop heading for a cruise, we were given room 409. Everything upon our arrival looked clean throughout the hotel. However, as the night came on and my daughter started eating some food the Roaches came out, and when we looked behind the TV console and desk and refrigerator we saw that it was dirty with dead bugs, and a live Roach was walking in the room. We immediately contacted the front desk and they did switch us to another room next door, room 411 that also looked clean, and although we did not see any bugs in that room we could not sleep well, and we kept the lights on, we just wanted to leave as soon as we could. We were going to stay at the hotel again on our way back but after the Roach experience we cancelled our return trip to stay with them. The Hotel should be sure to fully exterminate their Hotel because otherwise it did look like a nice clean and newly renovated place to stay, so it was a big disappointment. The Hotel has an outdoor pool, the rooms have a mini refrigerator and mini microwave, and the hotel is really next door practically to McDonald's and Wendy's restaurant. I did take photos of the Hotel property and our room and the Roaches.

No one at front desk to check in at 7:30pm Had to use the phone to call front desk Only 2 bath towels had to call for extra and was told I had to go to front ask to get them poor quality towels linens lumpy pillows Not a general clean feeling throughout property

This hotel seemed new so it was updated. Had a great breakfast and inviting reception area. Not much around the area for dinner unless you like fast food.
