the place was fantastic every detail and need had been covered The room was beautiful decorated and the bath was wonderful

The room was spacious, the breakfast basket was great and having welcome gifts were much appreciated. Having a bath tub was nice, the host giving us epsom salts and bubble bath gel was just what we needed to end our Tasmania trip.

By breakfast there was already lacking of cutlery and plates at the dining room. Other guests must have used a lot but there should be spares for other guests.

It was a lovely property with beautiful decor and every amenity I needed. Much nicer than a regular hotel experience.

Nothing- just had a large group that sort of took over the dining room, used all the space, dishes, napkins, etc. I had to come back after they were gone.

it is our first night for the second time to stay here in tasmania. still calm, peaceful, cosy and comfy as same as it is. the location is easy to access not too far from city center, it is about 5-10mins drive. surrounding by a peaceful views and neighborhood as we expect. this time we choose to stay in rose' room since last time we already have the experience of lola which is still fit us very well. we love the rooms which are clean, lovely and fully equipped, the pillows and beds are all good yet the bed is still a bit too soft for us. the breakfast is well prepared right in our fridge and it is enough for 2 of us to refresh our new morning right in our room . after breakfast we can enjoy walking uphill and around neighborhood for an hour, it is remarkable for us, still love to be here.

It was amazing, clean and special in every detail. Everything was just perfection. Breakfast was extra special. Everything had a touch of old world charm and attention. Even a beautiful matching garden. Car parking was perfect. I don’t think I could fault a single thing. We loved our stay ❤️❤️

Lovely decor, room was comfortable and cosy. Breakfast supplies were second to none, with free range eggs, and an abundant variety of breakfast foods available. Beautiful snacks, local cheese and fruits available. Easy check in process.

Mattress slightly soft for my liking.

We stayed in the Arizona room. Charming, historic but still felt clean, fresh and modern. Little touches such as bath bubbles and epsom salts, hot water bottles and personalized breakfast baskets made this my favorite BnB of our trip.

The historical building and history and shared spaces of the dining and lounge areas.The bed was super comfortable with sumptous linen and studio exceptionally clean with attention to detail and lovely personal gesture of welcoming basket and generous breakfast provided in the fridge.The accommodation was close to the city centre with an amazing view.
