A localização em relação a Arena Anhembi. Para eventos e congressos é muito prático

Os funcionários muito simpáticos, porém meio atrapalhados. Carpete no quarto - isso já deveria estar abolido de todos os hotéis. Tapete junta sujeira, não sendo higiênico, além de não ser bom para pessoas alérgicas.

Limpeza

Check in com funcionários despreparados e inseguros. Demorou quase 1h até encontrarem minha reserva e me deixaram esperando. Quando cheguei no quarto verifiquei que a suíte estava errada , solicitei a troca , quando subi novamente , ainda o mesmo erro … tive que subir e descer 2x Academia provisória com péssima instalações . Importante avisar antes do hóspede reservar que a academia está em reforma Café da manhã encerra muito cedo
