"Out of the world service."

Was greeted with a warm welcome at the Renaissance by Rob! Not only did he help us get our luggage out of the car, he also assisted in helping my handicapped grandmother to her room. Couldn’t recommend Rob and the hotel enough. Thank you.

"Welcoming and Comfortable"

Easy friendly check in. Nicely appointed rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Location to mall next door is fab, with lots of shopping and eating places. Breakfast superb with very welcoming staff ( Michael) Late check out available , ideal for our very late flight home. Hope to revisit next year!

Not a deal breaker, some strange noises thru the night ... plumbing or a/c maybe!?

"Convenient but Dated"

Convenient location for the mall and nearby offices. The hotel feels older than expected and the room needed attention with scuffed walls, chipped tiles, and dirty shower glass. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor I couldn’t identify. Stayed one night and wouldn’t return.
