Absolutely gorgeous apartment hotel with one of the best locations in Whistler village. We had a 1bdrm apt with our teenage daughter on the fold out sofa on the ground floor (2nd floor) overlooking the pool, hot tubs and gorgeous mountain. Our bed was so luxuriously large and soft, the sofa bed was a little hard and firm. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful - my only one suggestion (and I don’t mean to get the girl in trouble at all as she was prob in a difficult situation) but we had a call to our room at 1:20am to say we had visitors in the lobby who said we were expecting them. It was obviously the wrong room but I believe if they had maybe asked the people who the names were of the people they were looking for - they would have realised it was the wrong room and not rung. It would deft not prevent us from ever returning though as we have had the most magical stay and would highly recommend the hotel and hope to return one day!

Best located hotel in Whistler Village for ski access. Our very tall family of 5 adults had plenty of space in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath room, with fabulous views from the 6th floor. Service was professional but friendly, with any request met within minutes. Room was quiet, comfortable and cosy with ambient fire. Love the free Apres gathering in the afternoons, the outdoor hot tubs, heated pool, gym, onsite laundry facilities and ski locker. Best ski holiday our family has had. We'll definitely be back.
