The Lodge at Rolling Hills Casino

I didn’t realize that it’s a casino hotel, I thought with the name The Lodge it’s an upscale hotel. Smoky in the lobby but front desk staff gave us a nonsmoking room at the end of the hallway so we didn’t smell any smoke. We didn’t use any fitness or pool facilities. Not likely to stay again.

The refrigerator in room was awefull noisy all night

Lavatory was a slow drain everything else was great

Stopped here on our way home from out of state. Hotel and rooms were super clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The buffet in the casino for Sunday brunch was delicious.

Already did very poor

We have stayed here previously and always enjoyed our stay. Upon our arrival we were informed the elevator wasn't working and so earl check in's were not available. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk until we returned to check in to our room. Due to the fact that the front desk staff was alone and having to deal with more than just check ins and check outs, I feel she was a little short when we approached the front desk. She was very polite when we saw her the next day as well as everyone else being very polite and helpful. The new mattresses are awful. Too firm, they need an additional pillow top for comfort. The beds are also higher than before. It makes it difficult for individuals with disabilities to get on the bed.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the tub was a good size, and the complimentary toiletries were high-end. The best part was that I couldn’t hear my neighbors and got to sleep soundly without disruption. The buffet and coffee shop offered delicious food and great service. The pool area is beautiful and was relatively empty early in the morning.

Fun place, good food, friendly atmosphere

This was our overnight stop after a long day of driving it was wonderful to relax in the room then eat & play without leaving again. The spa hottub was especially relaxing & the bed was very comfortable.
