Fantastic! The kids loved the pools, the room was spacious and clean, and the service was outstanding.

Room given was not renovated as per photos on booking And had mould in the bathrooms Just didn't feel clean until they moved us to a newer room Pool area needs some tiles replaced The studio hotel rooms are very small. Felt very claustrophobic

We stayed with friends and had the best time. Clean rooms and great service

We stayed here for seven nights, the beds were uncomfortable, the quilt cover had multiple stains on it. The room was not exceptionally clean, the pool is quite shallow and not possible to swim laps in. The staff were very friendly but not at all helpful we had to struggle getting our bags to our room and there was no service.

In its day the property was most likely the place to stay but that time has gone.

It hasn’t been looked after for some time. The coffee machine at breakfast was broken the entire time, the handle of our shower door stayed on the floor, the tennis court was black and water logged. Just to name couple of things. The place has been let go.

The hotel location had free parking under the hotel which was great as we used our car frequently to come and go to the Town. Continental breakfast came with the room. The swimming pool is located in the centre/ rear of the hotel and is ideal for families with small children

Our room was not in an ideal location with no view and I had wished I had booked a room with a view as there are rooms available with a view. No teaspoons in the room and we had to use wooden spoons as house keeping had left for the day. A reminder to guests that it is not cost effective for this hotel to accept cash so credit cards have to be used.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
