I have always been a Fairfield Inn person so I usually have great comments. But this time wasn’t very good.

Got to the property at 5:00pm and was able to check in but couldn’t go to my room until it was finished cleaning. The lady was very nice and said that it will be about 30-45 minutes till it was clean. So I went to eat. Came back an hour later and called to see if was my room was ready and they said my room was ready! Went up stairs and it hadn’t been touch yet. We went back down stairs and they said sorry about that it will be another 30-45 minutes. So we stayed there and went back in at 7:00pm and they said it won’t be ready till 8-9 pm. Went to a friends house to shower and getting ready for an event. Came back around 1030ish and it was ready. I asked why it took so long and they said they didn’t have a clue. Was very disappointed this time,

Very friendly staff. Hotel room, breakfast options, accommodations were all average. Pool was closed, don't open till after memorial day. For late spring in the south, it's hot enough outside already for a swim. The little kids were very sorely disappointed.

Pool wasn't working,the toilet in our room was not working, you had to fiill the toilet tank with water from the sink to use!! And this is a Marriott?? And after that my family wakes up to a busted main line so we had no water to shower on the drive home. I will never stay at this hotel again, i would much rather had stayed in a motel 6
