Guests staying longer than one week may renew their selected services directly at reception at the end of each week. Rates include accommodations, bed linen, bath towels, household linen, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic low-speed WiFi access for up to five devices, as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and application fees). For an additional fee, guests may request a specific location for their accommodations by contacting the residence directly; contact details are available on the booking confirmation. For invoice requests, the name used will be the one stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the stay is not paid within the timeframe set out in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Reception opening hours are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Please note that the playground is temporarily closed for compliance reasons. Stays booked under a “Nonrefundable” rate are neither exchangeable, refundable nor modifiable, and no request for modification or cancellation will be accepted.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
