"Gigi was great!"

I was here for an extended amount of time. Everything about the stay was good, but Gigi (runs the restaurant) was fantastic! She knew my name within one day, greeted me every time she saw me, always made sure I had everything I needed.

"Room was okay but not impressed for the money"

Plenty of breakfast but luke warm not hot at all.

The rooms could have been cleaner and upgraded. The beds were very lumpy the paint was peeling in the shower and the sheets had holes on the sides. Not to mention, the sofa bed had cookie crumbs or something when we tried to open it up.

"Fantastic new hotel!"

We had an excellent stay for one night while visiting USC on a college tour. The room is spacious, new, and clean (hotel is less than a year old). We have five in our family and usually pull out couches are not comfortable, but because this is so new it worked out great for our daughter. It is only a few minutes drive to campus. The breakfast was the nicest free breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. If my daughter ends up going to USC, we will be back to this hotel time and again.

The service provided by the front desk staff on the evening of March 30th was absolutely abysmal. To begin with, despite having booked a room with two queen beds, my reservation was switched to a 1 King Studio with a sofa bed due to reasons on the hotel's end. However, upon entering the room, I discovered that the necessary linens and comforter for the sofa bed were missing. When I called the front desk to report this, I was told to come down to the lobby to pick them up myself, as there was only one staff member on duty. When I questioned why a guest should be required to retrieve these itemsโ€”pointing out that everything necessary for the room should have been provided in advanceโ€”the staff member offered absolutely no apology. Instead, they simply reiterated that they were the only person working and that housekeeping duties were not their responsibility. When I explained that, while it might not be that specific individual's direct job, the hotel as an institution still bore the responsibility to address the issue properly, the staff member brazenly retorted that since it was a matter of the "hotel's responsibility," it had nothing to do with them personally. These are words I would never expect to hear from a hotel employee. This constituted the lowest possible standard of hospitality. I am utterly disappointed that an employee with such an attitude is working for a Hilton-affiliated hotel.

The staff was amazing. So nice and kind. Very welcoming. All the way from the front desk to the house keeper and maintenance. They all were excellent!!! Was able to recommend things for us to do when we were looking. Nice that rooms are suites. Love having a different area from where you sleep. They offered breakfast. Which my husband and son in law said it was pretty good.

I didnt like that the pool was ice cold. I love water and can tolerate pretty cold water but the water was so cold I couldn't even get in it. Which devastated me because when searching for a hotel a pool is must for me and normally you are paying more for it. The hot tub was broke because they are waiting on a part. Room wise the room just had a smell to it that wasnt pleasant. Air vent was blowing large amounts of dust out of it. ( house keeper was kind and would sweep it up for us) couch middle cushion had a giant stain on it and one of our pillowcases did ( house keeper did give us a new non stained one)
