Great location &clean

Quite outdated for the prices paid

Room was great, pool and spa awesome.

We had room 1, beside the pool and spa pool. Was lovely room perfect for family's and small children, we brought our parents and my 8 month old, they have high chair and cot available. Everything you need, perfect location. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't stay long enough

Whangamata is a nice little town, not much to do, though.

We didn't appreciate that the resort manager decided to move our booked apartment to another apartment that was terrible and next to a restaurant/bar. However, we were not disturbed by any noise during the day, but trying to sleep at night, we had a constant buzz from the air conditioning units mounted on the roof as well as a larger extraction fan that seemed to run all night. We were told that the resort was fully booked, so that meant that we could not ask for a different apartment. They couldn't even tell us why they moved us. So we left a day early so that we could get some sleep. Will definitely not recommend going there, and anyone going there should make sure they are not booked into unit 26 if wanting a good night's sleep..

Friendly staff, great location, spacious apartment.

Bath wasn't clean, found some coins on the floor. Fridge and microwave could be upgraded.
