Beautiful location, great service and food. Never felt crowded at the beach or pool. Perfect family vacation any time of the year!

Loved the Mauna Lani! The grounds are beautiful both inside and outside. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The food options were great. I don’t usually eat only at the hotel I’m staying at but Mauna Lani made it hard to want to leave. Loved the adult pool atmosphere and plan to go back.

Relaxing getaway in paradise. Never needed to leave the resort for a thing! All of the staff went out of their way to be kind and accommodating and the check in process was the best we’ve ever experienced

By far the best resort we have ever stayed in. Customer service, food, amenities, everything is 11 on 10. Fantastic location. Everything you can dream off with the friendliest most hospitable stuff we have ever experienced.

Beautiful resort, Amazing service overall (except for the marketplace store) they treat you like a inconvenience, extremely clean rooms , it gives Hawaii vibes on 100. Coconut Joe makes you feel right at home with a fresh coconut drink. Location is very quiet so you can recharge. Would be nice to have some entertainment in the evenings, but if are looking for quiet after 6:30 pm this is your place.

Our Mauna Lani experience was fabulous. We highly recommend this resort! It was extremely family friendly - the kids club was a great experience for our boys. The staff all went above and beyond what you would generally expect.

It's always a delight to return to Mauna Lani and this time was no different except for a major lapse on the staff's part in handling a water intrusion in a timely manner. The problem affected our stay significantly which was already marred by the severe Kona low storm that weekend. The problem was eventually resolved but only after we followed up three times. This is not expected of a high-end resort and hopefully we'll never face to deal with such issues again. The staff elsewhere was wonderful, especially at the two restaurants on site.

The perfect blend of high-end resort that is still family-friendly. Mauna Lani was amazing and at every turn and we can't wait to go back. Incredible service, great food, stunning property and a place where you feel welcome with your little ones. We've found our new home away from home and will definitely return.

Fantastic experience at the ML in spite of weather issues - it rained 3 days and the ML still made it a great experience! They offered free mai tai and multiple other classes. They also comped us a round of golf as well - unheard of! They absolutely went out of their way to try and create fun when the weather wasn't cooperative. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience, and we hope to return in 6 months.
