Waterton Glacier Suites

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, excellent restaurant, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I really liked that it had 2 bathrooms an upstairs bathroom and one downstairs.

The only thing that I would suggest is to have blinds put on the upper window in the main room and on the small window in the loft area. Otherwise, the place was excellent, and I look forward to staying there again one day.

Grand logement, propre et calme. Personnel très gentil et serviable.

The rooms was very well kept, very clean and had all the amenities for a weekend getaway. Lots of space, and exactly as the pictures shown. The espresso machine provided makes amazing coffee to enjoy in the balcony with perfect mountain views. Nick at the front desk is very friendly and gave us lots of good recommendations. We tried the trattoria downstairs and the food was quite tasty, the stuff was very attentive and nice.

Everything during our stay was almost perfect. There were no black out blinds in the window facing the bedroom.

Good location and spacious room.

Never cleaned our room once, or emptied the bins or change towels.

Average, as usual for most hotels.

Room we stayed in had ants coming out from lavatory fittings port hatch. Complained at reception about the presence of ants but been told it’s due to the season but I totally disagree. There must be pest control in place. This is disappointing for me and my wife. I recommend guests to ask reception about presence of insects before checking into their room.

有两个卫生间三张床的越层复式套房，带老虎窗的2阁楼，设计理念独特新颖。在瓦特顿湖国家公园里面，紧邻美国一侧的冰川国家公园，风景十分优美。值得称道的是，所有房间都配备可以移动的带绳的淋雨头，这在美加这种低端酒店全是变态反人类的固定淋雨头的地方真是活久见。真希望美加酒店业的老板和管理层都到这家酒店看看，不要老是保持旧观念，要学习日韩台湾，特别是欧洲，所有申根国的酒店即使是低端的都有步入式淋雨间外加可移动淋浴头，这已经不是二战刚过去的那个年代了，希望美国和加拿大的酒店管理层都到欧洲看看，多学习，与时俱进！！！那可是你们的老家！！！然后回到加拿大都要以这家酒店为榜样，老的能改就改，新的一定按照这家酒店的思路设计！！！
