The bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was both firm and comfy.

It was hot. The air conditioning was too small to reach the living room

Vam demanar canvi d habitació al arribar perquè les que no son lofts tenen vistes desde l’habitació però la sala d estar està molt fosca. Em demanaven 150 CD extra per nit pel canvi però els vaig ensenyar la pàgina de booking on sortia molt mes barat i ho van acceptar. Em va semblar una mica estrany. Vam demanar neteja de l’habitació un dia dels 3 que vam estar i només van fer els llits i portar tovalloles, el terra estava brut i les tovalloles brutes les van deixar a l’habitació. Val a dir que el senyor que ens va atendre a la recepció l’últim dia va ser molt amable

Der Ort war komplett zu ( keine Saison). Kein Frühstück, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Info darüber wäre toll gewesen

We stayed at the Waterton Glacier suites for one night only, and found it to be comfortable, and refreshing. The beds were comfortable, and the room size was ok as well. Now the hotel does not have any lobby but a small front desk is present in the restaurant that is connected to the hotel. The hotels lacks some amenities that are part of the regular hotels, such as gym, pool, etc. Even the ice machine is in the parking lot. Waterton is a very small town and therefore, everything is on a walking distance and unless, you are going on excursions, there is not much in the town to see and do. I guess the hotel price was expensive due to the town in t is in, otherwise for the amenities it offer, the price should be much less. If you staying in Waterton overnight book early for a better deal.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and polite, and the room was clean , we really liked everything

Two fireplaces and two TV wow! Very clean bathroom, comfortable mattress, not too soft as many hotels use. Fully equipped kitchenette
