Sve je bilo u najboljem redu. Moram posebno da pohvalim radnige, ali najvise Adama koji je ucinio odsedanje u ovom hotelu nezaboravnim, udobnim i veoma prijatnim. Posebno hvala njemu za sve sto je ucinio. Sve preporuke i zelim svu srecu u daljem radu.

The location is good, right in the strict center of the city. However, it also has its downsides. It’s very noisy from the street until 1-2 in the morning because of bikers riding around outside.

I had booked a private room. At the time of booking, they had two private rooms available. On the same evening I arrived at the hostel, they told me they didn’t have any room available and that there had supposedly been a mistake. The guy at the reception showed absolutely no willingness to resolve the problem or find me an alternative accommodation, even though I told him multiple times that I had come to Belgrade specifically to attend an event that evening. Because of this situation, I was already running late, and if I had to start looking for another place to stay, I would completely miss the event. He called the landlady, who also showed zero interest in helping me find another accommodation. After half an hour, they finally offered me a bed in a shared room with three other men — and they even wanted me to pay for it (€8). When I told them they should be ashamed and at least offer me free accommodation as an apology, especially since I really needed a private room, the guy replied that €8 was not a small amount of money for them and that there was no free accommodation. In the end, he even asked me if I could cancel the reservation on Booking so they wouldn’t have to pay the commission. I refused and asked for a fiscal receipt. Nevertheless, the next day they marked my reservation as “Guest no-show.”

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Hauptstadt. Der Preis ist ebenfalls perfekt für eine Übernachtung.

Die Räume haben sehr stark gerochen. Es war auch sehr laut.
