RSTop Lage, und sehr gute Mitarbeiter Nikola, Mirko und Biljana sind sehr gute, kompetente und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, die wirklich tolle Leistung bringen, und das Wohlergehen der Gäste, sehr wichtig ist, dazu ein grosses Dankeschön an die Ein grossen respekt an die Lucy, die Reinigung, das sie das dort wirklich toll macht, und wirklich alles sehr sauber ist.

Entravano in continuazione uomini nella stanza durante la notte anche se si trattava di un dormitorio femminile, potevo essere nuda e tutti mi avrebbero vista, in più non ci sono le chiavi, I lucchetti degli armadi erano rotti

1-Star Review – Hostel Stella Di Notte My experience at Hostel Stella Di Notte in Belgrade was extremely disappointing. I stayed there for 30 days and paid regularly, but the treatment I received was completely unacceptable. The owner, Ivana, was aggressive and disrespectful. She yelled at me in front of other guests, insulted me, and even falsely accused me of inappropriate behavior toward another guest, which never happened. She also made insulting personal comments about me that were completely untrue. Reception staff Mirko and Nikola were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive toward guests. Mirko frequently spent time on the terrace smoking weed instead of doing his job. Neither staff member appears to have proper professional or legal training for hospitality work. Hygiene was poor. Bed sheets were changed very rarely, around every 10 days. Two of my towels disappeared and staff acted as if they had no idea. Food from the shared kitchen also went missing. Receipts were not consistently provided and some staff seem to work without proper registration. The hostel atmosphere felt chaotic and unsafe. After paying for a full month, I expected professionalism, respect, and proper management. Instead I experienced insults, false accusations, and very poor service. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hostel.
