Lieu superbe, personnel super gentil mais bâtiments vieillissants.

Die Anlage ist interessant und in Hanglage gebaut. Fantastische Sicht über die Bucht. Allerdings ist drumherum gar nichts. Selbst zum Brötchen holen braucht man das Auto. Auch Restaurants sind nur über etwas länger Fusswegstrecken erreichbar. Der Pool ist super. Ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Den Strand erreicht man über einen Fussweg bergab und eine Treppe. Tolles Wasser. Badeschuhe nicht vergessen!!! In der Beschreibung stand, dass das Apartment sauber , auch nach Corona Standart, bezogen wird. Dem war nicht der Fall. Alles war schmuddelig. Der Kühlschrank war innen teilweise schimmelig. Das Eisfach war völlig vergammelt und stank. Im ganzen Wohnraum klebten überall erschlagene Mückenleichen. Am Fernseher, Lampen, Wänden ect. Allein an der Decke waren geschätzt einhundert davon (das ist keine Übertreibung). Das trübte den Urlaubsgenuss enorm.

La résidence est bien, beau cadre et bien située, proximité de la plage (5 mins à pied) et des gares (15 mins à pied). Le logement est correct pour 2 mais un peu étroit pour de personnes. Il y a un snack, ce qui est pratique. Personnel du snack très bien. Bémols pour la climatisation qui est payante (100€ la semaine, un peu abusé pour le sud de la France de devoir payer pour ça). Si on veut un transat à la piscine, c’est également payant, ce que je ne trouve pas normal. La personne à l’accueil n’est pas très professionnel.

Très belle résidence avec une piscine en hauteur avec une vue sur la mer. L'appartement propre et accueillant doté d'une jolie terrasse.

Very friendly staff. Good residence. Individual accommodations could do with a little updating but excellent value out of season. And great location for cap ferrat.

Bra läge och jättefin pool men trångt att bo 5 i ett Familjerum samt att Receptionen kunde haft bättre öppettider. Även minus att vi inte fick 5 handdukar utan endast 4.

Bon sejour residence idéalement bien située pour aller à Nice, Monaco,Menton avec le bus qui passe devant donc on laisse la voiture au parking. Personne à la reception tres professionnelle et agréable. Le moins train qui passe devant mais pour nous pas gênant

Don't go in thinking of this as a hotel - it's more like a super-tiny apartment. The rooms are tiny (had to leave the bedroom to have room to get dressed). You can't easily walk anywhere in town (it's on a walled-in road with no sidewalks), which is a particular problem because you'll need to provide your own groceries. On the up side, you can walk down to the beach and there's a beautiful view from the pool area. If you're on a super-tight budget (and have a car!), this is worth it. We left after the first day because we didn't want to spend our whole vacation tripping over each other and worrying about taxis.
