Personale incompetente. Una delle due camere prenotate era già stata venduta al nostro arrivo. (Zero impegno nel risolvere un loro errore.) Abbiamo aspettato quasi 3 ore per averne una più piccola rispetto a quella prenotata. La receptionist ha mandato noi clienti a controllare se effettivamente le stanze fossero agibili dandoci chiavi di altre camere occupate.
