Great room

For the price we paid, it was less than we expected. Our room AC didn't work at all. We had to move to a different room late at night. There was a bug in the kitchen cabinet that looked like a roach. I wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable.

Very attentive staff and wonderful room. The key card slots are super tricky to get to work well. Will come again.

Good value for the money

The property is fine. The room looks like it was recently updated. Good value for the price.

Staff was very welcoming. The particular suite I stayed in was not fully clean. 1 towel upon check in was stained.

Der Rauchmelder ging ständig an, zu Tag- und Nachtzeiten. Nach Meldung an der Rezeption kam zwar umgehend der Hausmeister und bemühte sich, den Fehler zu beheben, dies geschah 2x, es ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man nachts von einem schrillen Ton geweckt wird, vielleicht wäre der Austausch des gesamten Rauchmelders sinnvoll und nicht nur ein Batteriewechsel. In den 5 Tagen wollten wir 2x das Zimmer reinigen lassen aber es wurde nicht durchgeführt, schade. Ich habe dann einmal neue Handtücher geholt.

It was near other hotels, and outside of the city so it was in a quiet area

It was so dirty!! Booking has it as a 3 star property but it is a 2 star at most. Everything in the room was dirty and every time we asked for housekeeping it had to be scheduled and when it was scheduled it wasn’t done. And everything else we had to go to the front desk to get ourselves. I cannot emphasize enough how dirty the room was. We had a room with a kitchen and it was obvious that the kitchen was rarely cleaned, and the furniture looked so dirty and gross. We just sat on the couches and chairs with bedding covering it. We went to the local Walmart and got Lysol spray and sprayed down the whole place

2 bedroom suite worked really well for our group!
