Pulito, personale gentile, posizione ad un minuto dalla stazione ferroviaria e di fronte un ottimo bar dove fare prima colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi non vuole spendere molto.

"Отдых в удовольствие"

Понравилось всё! Месторасположение идеальное: 100 м от вокзала, недалеко пляж, рядом небольшие кафешки и булочные. Комната очень комфортная, система кондиционирования, белоснежное белье и очень удобная кровать. Есть электронный чайник. Очень хорошие завтраки: сыр, мясо, круассаны, тостеры, яйца, масло, йогурты лёгкие и вкусные, джемы, кофе, чай, фрукты, овсянка, ..... Кушать можно на балконе и так как кафе расположено на 6 этаже, то конечно можно при этом наслаждаться великолепным видом Канн. Фото вида с балкона прилагается. Прекрасный персонал: внимательные и гостеприимные люди.

Хотелось бы к электрочайнику иметь 2 стакана. Потому что было только 2 бумажные стаканчика. Ну и хотя бы какой-нибудь небольшой холодильник не помешал бы.

"Well located affordable place with nice staff to help you. Room is pretty okay as long as you don’t mind the shower wate"

Well located and big spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Affordable in comparison to other properties in Cannes.

The water overflowed into the living room after a shower. The towels smelled weird. Barely any space in the room.

L'emplacement.

L'emplacement idéal ne peut être le seul critère justifiant le prix. L'hôtel aurait besoin d'être rénové en commençant par remplacer le tapis dans les couloirs qui remonte à une autre époque et dégage une odeur désagréable. Le déjeuner devrait être inclus dans le prix de la chambre
