Le lieu géographique proche du centre et de l'hôpital La luminosité des studios avec balcon Le parking payant mais facile La gentillesse de la dame de propreté et de la 2e dame de l'accueil

Pas d'ascenseur ( en rénovation) Il y a 6 mois il était en panne.... Compliqué avec les bagages et une entrée à l'hôpital le lendemain de l'arrivée / Aucune aide proposée Studio donné qui ne correspondait pas du tout à ma réservation faite depuis février et au prix payé La personne de l'accueil présente apparemment depuis 1 mois était obtue Heureusement une de ses collègues est venue à mon aide mais j'ai dû discuter et ressortir ma réservation pour avoir gain de cause. Pas cool De plus, nous avons en définitive eu un studio correspondant mais hyper bruyant au 1er étage côté rue ! Je loue régulièrement pour mes examens médicaux, d'habitude pas de problème/ Je n'ai pas compris

"Pourrait être vraiment parfait après un entretien général"

Emplacement idéal à proximité du port , de l’aquarium d’une supérette et du centre ville . Piscine a bonne température . Studio très fonctionnel , aménagement de qualité . Belle décoration . Tv écran plat appréciable . Wifi de qualité . Literie un peu dure mais qualitative . Coffre dans la chambre . Kit arrivée avec éponge et produits entretien .

L’escalier pour monter aux chambres n’a pas été nettoyé en 1 semaine. C’était assez sale . Concernant la piscine , des moisissures sur tous les joints qui donnent dans l’eau tout autour du bassin . De la rouille sur le bas de la verrière . Il me semble qu’il faudrait mieux entretenir cet espace qui est un réel atout pour l’établissement. Concernant le studio , tout est impeccable mais le toilette est horriblement taché et cela fait négligé . Enfin il faut ouvrir les fenêtres et nettoyer les toiles d’araignées . Chambre 202.
