Pets are allowed on request, subject to an additional charge of EUR 12 per night or EUR 75 per week. Reception opening hours vary depending on the day; full contact details are provided on the booking confirmation. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and the kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices, as well as charges and taxes, excluding city tax and handling fees. The “beds made on arrival” service is included in all bookings. Guests staying longer than 11 days may renew their selected services at the reception at the end of each week. A breakfast service is available every day in the restaurant from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) is the only accepted method of payment, and any modification may incur additional charges. Parking spaces are available subject to availability and at an additional cost of EUR 12 per night or EUR 73 per week; it is recommended to reserve in advance by contacting the residence. The swimming pool has a uniform depth of 1.60 metres throughout and does not include a paddling pool. Lifts are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility; please contact the residence for further information. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
