El personal y las instalaciones están bien, nos ofrecieron transporte gratis al aeropuerto, lo recomiendo totalmente. lo único malo es que esta muy solo a sus alrededores. Asi que si no llevas carro y no quieres tomar taxi, esta en chino que puedas comer algo.

"It was disapointing"

The location is great and the breakfast is decent.

The pool was not availible and there was no notice before or after booking. There was jack hammering for both days till after 6pm. It was so bad it shook the walls. So, no rest after long days of traveling. The price is high for the area with the lack of amentities. Most hotels charging over $100 USD a night in Mexico are much nicer. Oh, and there was no shuttle availible for the airport at 4:30 in the morning even though I specifically asked the property before booking. So the front desk did offer taxie service arrangement and stated I could pay with credit card. So once in the nasty taxie the drive said only cash! I ended up paying $20 USD ($400 Peso) for a very short nasty ride to the airport where I did not get a reciept therefore not able to ask my employer for re-embersment.

me agrado que ya empezaron a quitar las tinas de los baños, y poner regadera, solamente les falta poner u tubo para detenerse dentro del baño. por lo demás todo muy bien
