La proximité avec le centre de saint Martin en ré,le parking de la résidence,le personnel agréable,les jeux de société parking vélo

Le fait que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte en entière,seul la partie fermée était ouverte,la vétusté au niveau de la piscine et local allant vers le sauna et salle de loisirs le parquet est décollé risque de blessure ,et le logement vétuste au niveau des peintures et de la salle de bain ,après nous n’étions pas bcp présent dans le logement mais niveau qualité prix quand même

La situation de la résidence est top. On peut aller à St Martin facilement à pied. Les commerces sont tout proches.

La résidence et les logements auraient besoin d'un petit renouveau. Le rapport qualité prix est un peu cher mais nous sommes sur l'ile de Ré.

Le lieu même si le bâtiment est vétuste il a une histoire. Le parc intérieur est agréable.

Faire notre lit,devoir sortir les draps,la télécommande de la tv pas d’origine donc nous n’avons pas pu projeter notre tablette. Pas toutes les chaines TV. Le salon extérieur sale à nettoyer. Le prix de la location des vélos semble haut
