The room was very nice. Very clean. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. We booked through booking.com. At a later time we got an email about the parking fee of $15.69 if we were arriving in a vehicle.

I did not like being emailed by the hotel after i booked the room about the additional cost of parking. Booking.com never stated there was a $15.69 charge to park your vehicle at Spring Hill Suites. Our room was non refundable through booking.com so we had to pay for parking. Was not a problem, just wish that would have been disclosed before booking the room.

It was quiet. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff.

The bed mattress was sagging terribly. The a/c was not cooling the room adequately.
