"Wonderful gem in Capri"

The staff went above and beyond especially Massimillian. They really took care of us on our 20th anniversary with cakes etc in our room. Great location. Very peaceful but in the thick of things. Was wonderful

"Exceptionally spoiling stay"

Clean, close, and the staff were exceptional especially Roberta and the breakfast waiter(forgot the name). The WhatsApp communication with the customer was nice and very informative.

"Absolutely amazing stay for our honeymoon in Italy - would definitely recommend."

This place was INCREDIBLE - my wife and I were on our honeymoon, and visited five different cities in Italy, and this was by far our favorite stay. We were greeted with welcome drinks and pastries upon arrival, as well as a bottle of champagne and chocolate in our room. We had a "suite" that had way more space than we expected, along with an amazing view. The staff set us up with bag pickup and dropoff from the ferry port, which was absolutely necessary. We also absolutely loved staying directly in the town of Capri. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Pazziella!

The property was absolutely gorgeous! It was convenient and easy walking. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming! From the welcome drink to the spectacular breakfast we were amazed at how wonderful everything was! We will absolutely return!

Amazing location and great rooms! Service was really good and attentive, just a shame that we spent over €80 to get our bags to the hotel from the ferry and the price was not advised to us correctly.
