Nice quite location 5min from main lively Capri square. Beautiful room and bathroom. Lovely welcome explanation and cocktail. Should have free luggage or shuttle pick up from port.

Shuttle from port to hotel should be included, as we saw it was for many other 5 stars, and AT LEAST the luggage pick up should be included, not 20€ for every single piece of luggage, including purses or backpacks.

Staff very friendly, great breakfast, nice location in Capri town (5min walking from funicular), very clean and nicely decorated room, comfy bed and pillows, strong Wifi. Make sure you share your travel/ ferry plans with the staff, as they can monitor ferry statuses for you! I wish we did that, as they would've helped us know immediately that our morning ferry to Ischia was cancelled and helped us rebook.

Felt that there weren't a lot of amenities for it being a 5 star hotel, and for the price. For example, no gym (they had a small outdoor one with a few machines and weights), and very small pool with limited hours.

Stunning Hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff with excellent communication. Beautiful pool area surrounded by lovely gardens and mature trees. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica who checked us in and provided a lovely cold drink - this was very much appreciated as it was a hot day! We were upgraded to a larger room with a separate bedroom and lounge area - a lovely surprise! The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious - eggs made to order as well as pancakes and various other hot options. The buffet offered yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, fruit juice cakes and fresh fruit. Coffee made to order. A lovely way to start the day. Staff provide funicular tickets and organise the luggage porter service if required. Federica was amazing - offering her assistance and providing information on the ferry as we we were unsure if the ferries would be cancelled due to the weather. This was very reassuring and made for a relaxing stay on Capri. Thank you so much Federica. Everything was amazing - a lovely tranquil oasis on Capri!
