Quest Mont Albert

A good space for a visit to family with our two adult children. The staff were friendly and we were happy to be only a few tram stops from family.

The room smelled of cats and it was just a bit run down. The light switches were tricky to use and the tv didn't work. Luckily we weren't there much and once I found the plug in air freshener the room smelled better.

Spacious, clean

There is no central heating/ cooling, only one split system in lounge, rooms can get heated up and took very long to cool down.

I've always been very satisfied with Quest Hotel's rooms.

The hotel didn't check if the supplies needed replenishing. There was no shampoo left when I went to shower in the middle of the night.

Location was great, close to the trams. Security for our car

Kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated and should be more towels there. Pillows need to be upgraded as they were very flat. Outside balcony area could do with some better furniture and greenery

Room not dark enough at night, as light from the sign stopped curtains from working effectively

We had a 2-br apartment (You should specify if you want double/queen beds in each) Comfy beds. Facilities for longer stays. We each had our own bathroom/ensuite. Generous shared living space and a good wrap-around balcony with deck off one bedroom. Great, spacious fridge (We brought our own evening nibbles, breakfast and water bottles... only basic coffee/tea supplied). Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

No coffee plunger (there was one in a website photo so we didn't bring our own), the lovely desk lady found us one but unfortunately it didn't work, however coffee sachets were provided. Oven in our apartment not working, we only needed the microwave so we were fine and as soon as the oven problem was reported it was noted for checking/repair.
