Petit Palace Ruzafa

La colazione è veramente eccellente, oltre le mie aspettative.

We have twice stayed at Petit Palace Malaga where the rooms were good. Our room here in Valencia was fine. Location was ideal for us being very near to the Old Town, the station and public transport. Breakfast was generally very good except for the fried eggs - see below.

The room overlooked the restaurant Moby Dick below which was very noisy during most of the night. In the breakfast room the woman in charge switched on the air conditioning which created a strong blast of very cool air. Totally unnecessary in April. At first she refused to turn it off. Only pressure from reception made her accede. The breakfast eggs were fried and placed in a container which was not warmed at all from below so these eggs were cold!

Ništa bukvalno

Prljavo , posteljina i jorgani prljavi uzas. Osoblje neverovatno neljubazno . Skinuli su mi sa kartice više novca nego sto sam potrošio ( na doručak , mini bar ) i da nisam proverio račun to bi im prošlo . Za neverovati da su mi skinuli sa kartice i naplatili račun od druge sobe koja nema veze samnom pa sam i to otkrio samo zahvaljujuce obavestenjima iz banke . Neverovatno kakvo loše iskustvo

The terrace was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Lola.

Gute Lage, freundlicher Empfang

The location couldn't be better. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area, and it's within walking distance to the city center. The neighborhood is beautiful, very safe, and has lots of amenities nearby.

Unfortunately, the hotel is poorly maintained. In our room, the bathroom door was broken (it either wouldn't close at all, or it would jam so badly that it was hard to open). The room smelled of damp, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the heating didn't work.
