Homewood Suites by Hilton Sacramento/Roseville

The room was good. Bed was very comfy. There was no creamer for coffee, the shower gel and hair conditioner was empty.

Love staying here !

Refrigerator did not work and staff had no answer on how to get me a different one or move me to a new room.

The hotel was convenient and quiet. My room was clean and spacious enough for 1 person and a 4 night stay. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, plus easy access to freeways. The parking fee is confusing as the hotel has a dedicated lot and is in an area where I wouldn't think non-guests or the general public would eat up all the parking. Plus, I was not sure how they verify who has paid for the parking as my license plate was not collected upon check-in and I was not given any verification to put on the dashboard. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The experience we had there was great when i came to the room and dinning. No issues. Only complaint is the front desk both check in and check out either took and long time for someone to show up or they didnt show up at all during check out they werent rude but were not welcoming. Also the keys dont open the side door like they should so we had to go around everytime through the lobby. Despite this we would stay again.

Great place to stay..but some of the furniture is disgusting.

Got the “bedroom” king suite because of the locking door but it was a half door and even if it was locked you could push it open , also a very weird smell in the room

I dont like the staff he’s mean

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. The 1st was about a year ago. Our family stayed in 2 separate rooms. The 1st guest checked into a room where there was a duffel bag on the bed. She asked for another room and was told by the front desk that there were no more rooms available, but they would clean the room. After the room was cleaned this guest found 1/2 eaten food items on the desk and a dirty towel in the bathroom. By this time it was so late and the guest who is elderly was too tired to deal with it. Later that night someone was trying to get in the room she was in. The next day We talked to the front desk (different person) about everything and they were shocked at what happened in the 1st room, especially since there were other rooms available. When I arrived, there were feather pillows despite making a request to have feather free bedding since I’m allergic. We were told by the front desk that they were out of non feather pillows and wouldn’t have any until morning after housekeeping does laundry. At checkout we talked to 2 other people at the front desk (including a manager) about everything that had happened. They promised to make everything right, give me points or something. Of course nothing happened, except I got charged for parking for my stay even though we didn’t have a car. The 2nd stay was over Thanksgiving this year. I thought we would give them another chance since it’s one of the few places in the area that have a 2bedroom suite, especially one with enough space. We had the same issue with the feather pillows again. Even though There were 3 of us in the room, There was only 1 full set of silverware in the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty (with caked on food). The bathroom wall had a huge crack in the place where the shower curtain was attached. It seemed like it was going to fall soon. The bathtub had hair in it. The dresser and sink drawers were dirty. It seems like the hotel was recently remodeled, but it’s not being properly maintained or cleaned. The rooms are expensive, the front desk staff are not helpful, the rooms are not cleaned well and there are general maintenance issues. We wont be back
