Everything was great.

Free dinner, cocktails and free breakfast. Swimming pool and hot tub.

Had some black hair in my towels. Lots of hair on the floor.

LAVONDA GHOLSTON was extremely rude and disrespectful during ou time there . She kicked us out for no clear reason, refused to provide towels to my siblings after they got out of the pool, and they had to walk all the way back to the 5th floor soaking wet. She also refused to give us a refund and told us we would have to wait until the next day. The overall customer service experience was terrible, and her attitude made the situation even worse. I would not recommend staying here if this is how guests are treated.

Have stayed here multiple times. Always squeaky clean with a friendly staff. The free breakfast is great. Many restaurants in the area to choose from as well.

Best hotel stay experience ever. The hot breakfast and evening meal had a good variety and made a stay for medical visit less stressful. Comfortable beds, clean, quiet. Excellent

What a surprising hotel - in a good way! We stayed here with several friends and family for a wedding weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms were plenty spacious. Also, included in our rate, was a full breakfast, 3 drinks at the bar and a happy hour food station. We didn't get to the bar during our stay, but the meals provided were substantial. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, etc. The happy hour meal was "taco night" one night and BBQ pork sliders, with sides, the next. There were also steamed hot dogs and popcorn each afternoon/evening. The soda station and coffee area were open 24/7. I have never stayed at a hotel with so many things included. Even though we didn't have time, our friends enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Thank you, Drury, for a wonderful stay!

Clean, convenient, great staff, great breakfast

My one big complaint is how loudly the room doors close. It was impossible to ignore in the morning as people started moving around on our floor. It seemed like everyone was slamming their doors and it was easily heard in my room.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at a Drury Inn & Suites was serious enough that other guests should be aware. During our stay, I encountered multiple issues that went beyond normal inconvenience: I found what appeared to be a bed bug in our room, which required me to take precautions to avoid bringing anything home My child slipped and fell due to a puddle in the dining area—there was no immediate cleanup or visible response from staff There were multiple areas of standing water and leaks throughout the property, including near the laundry area The dining area showed clear cleanliness issues (sticky tables, items left behind well after breakfast service ended) Our sleep was disrupted during the night by a barking dog To their credit, the hotel did refund our one-night stay. However, what was most concerning was the lack of acknowledgment or meaningful response to the safety and cleanliness issues when escalated beyond the property level. This review isn’t about seeking anything further—it’s about transparency. Guests should reasonably expect a clean, safe environment, and when multiple issues occur, they should be taken seriously. I hope Drury Hotels takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled, especially when they involve guest safety.
