Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Indianapolis/ Noblesville

Good breakfast, comfy bed but bathroom tub faucet was ready to fall off and there was no way to close the curtains to block out the parking lot light and early morning sun!

Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Noblesville COMPLANIT: after reviewing all marriott hotels in the NOblesville area and seeing age of chekc in at 18 and then calling and spkeaing to "Sara" to confir. When the day of checking cam about I called the Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Noblesville once again to ensure my 18 year olds name was added so she would have a seamless check in at which time I was told NO not allowed this then turned both tuned argumentive on both sides with the VP of Operations becoming rude and then letting me know my daughter wil not be allowed to check in and I had untill11 pm to get down there and make sure an"adult " was checking in" After which we argued and then some perosn stating he was the GM who refused to give me his name stated the reservation is cancelled and I would be charged!! I'm not sure how any one looking at the direct website would know that 18 yr old not allowed to check in to this hotel I have been a loyal Marriott Customer for many years and I never encountered such unprofessionlism and a GM not to have any solutions or empathy for the situation is mindblowing. THIS LOCATIONS GIVES A BAD RAP TO ALL MARRIOTTS DUE TO THEIR HORRIBLE TREATMENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL "MANAGMENT" SHAME ON THEM i DID THE RIGHT STEPS TO ENSURE SHE OCULD STAY HERE , TRY UPDATING YOUR WEBSITE TO REFECT YOUR AGE RETRICTIONS. Definitely a good choice! Highly recommend

The accommodations were good enough for quick stay w minimal needs. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. No coffee pot, 1 very small bar of soap. Free breakfast —typical options and good coffee!

Still under construction and short on staff

My daughter and her boyfriend also stayed in the hotel in the room directly across the hall from us. They were accused of smoking in their room, so we were charged that additional fee of $250.00. We both called and challenged this. I was told that the charge had to be based upon finding proof of smoking or seeing them smoking in the room, however, neither of these could be proven.

SCAMMERS. SCAMMERS. I will never stay at this Fairfield inn again. They charged me $250 for a smoking fee and I don't smoke. Tried to talk to the manager and he only insulted me and lied. Just looking to rip peopoe off. No parking available in the tiny lot and they didn't even have an operatiing elevator in this 3 story hotel. Worst customer service ever. Absolutely unhappy with Fairfield Inn.

Everythingvwas good aside from not having any hand soap in the bathroom and the towels were a bit rough! Everyone was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Clean and in the process of being updated, BUT… Not enough parking, broken elevator, horrendous lack of water pressure. Worked well enough for one night after a concert, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. A/C was nice & cold, so that helped. Front desk staff were pleasant & helpful.
