Internacional Design Hotel

Nos ja havíamos nos hospedado neste hotel. Sem dúvida a localização é seu ponto forte, e os demais requisitos também nao deixam nada a desejar. A comida é boa, outro ponto de destaque!

Dessa vez nos deram um quarto menor, um pouco mais apertado. Mas nada que comprometa essa avaliação!

A acomodação é confortável, limpa, fica perto de restaurantes e lojas, tudo muito acessível. Os funcionários são cordiais, sempre prontos para esclarecer duvidas, orientar sobre passeios, meios de locomoção. São educados e de confiança, pois esqueci a carteira na Portaria, encontraram e me entregaram. Apreciamos o café do hotel. Eu e minhas irmãs queremos voltar para uma nova estadia. Parabéns!

De ligging is perfect. Midden in het oude centrum, bij de pleinen en bezienswaardigheden. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Als je niet van rumoer houdt, dan moet je geen kamer aan de straatkant boeken. Alhoewel ik persoonlijk het wel vond meevallen.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in downtown Lisbon. Right in the heart of the city centre with many shops and restaurants on its doorstep. A short walk to almost everywhere and not very hilly in the immediate vicinity. The staff were exceptional, super friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for our party of 4 and made sure our stay was perfect in every way.

Nothing. Most horrible stay. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Uber driver was not able to find the place, called the hotel, staff gave wrong directions. Ended up walking 10 minutes through the rain, late evening. On arrival staff told me elaborately about their great restaurant options to finish the sentence with “but that’s too late now, they close in 10 minutes” (it was 21:50 and I couldn’t even buy something to drink, except the 12,- Euro water bottle inside the room). But it got better. Not. I explained that we had 2 reservations. One for me for this first night (Thursday) and a second one for me and my partner for the rest of the weekend (Friday to Monday). When we booked we made sure to book the same category and told the hotel at the time of the booking that we would like to put it together so we could stay in the same room for the weekend and safe them unnecessary cleaning. But on arrival the staff insisted that I would need to check out Friday at 12:00, take my luggage and return at 14:00 to check in again. They claimed the room was booked for someone else (probably us??). After I saw the room (see below) I checked out early next morning. To go to another hotel. We had paid in advance for the weekend. That money was down the drain. But: We rather paid for 2 hotels than having all of this unfriendly and unprofessional behaviour. Best decision as the other hotel was just brilliant and that saved our weekend in Lisbon.

Unhelpful, unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Dirty (!) rooms. So noisy I couldn’t sleep all night. Windows didn’t close properly so it felt like sleeping on a busy street. Lots of traffic, street cleaning and rubbish collection from 04:00 in the morning… The room was featuring mould on the walls and inside the wardrobe, the dirtiest electrical outlets I’ve seen in my life, broken toilet seat plus a dirty / mouldy shower which was leaking so the whole bathroom floor was soaking wet after a quick shower. Not to forget the run down furniture with lots of cracks. The curtains were falling off the rails. Not even a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea, just a cheap coffee machine which didn’t work properly. TV was not working, remote control was broken and not replaced by the staff. 12,- Euro for a bottle of tap water in the room. Hygienic issues: Staff put 2 pastels de nata on the desk in the room as a welcome present. As soon as I touched one of them I saw a lot of ants running all over the table and got sick. It’s a shame that I can only share 4 pictures of the room here … I have taken way more
