Liked the retro feel of the room. It was very comfortable and clean. But because it’s an older hotel, I could hear the air conditioner in the rooms next to me however, I still got a good night’s sleep. Great location.

Staff was very nice. Unfortunately, there were problems with our room—shower was not great, missing smoke detector, weird smell coming from the AC unit, bad mattress, and noisy — the walls are so thin, you could hear the squeaky bed activity in the room next to us. We could also hear the neighbors talking.

Clean and quiet. It’s a nice place, great price point and in the center of Kanab.

The office was closed with a notice indicating a staffing shortage. I had to walk 2 blocks to pick up the key cards

Loved the retro vibe!

The hotel rate was $67 for those days and you charged us $448 for three days. The office was not open in the property. We had to walk down two blocks to best western to check in. The breakfast was not available at the property and for that we had to walk two blocks to best western in cold. We were told that if we needed towels, we had to go to best western and get them ourselves. The bathroom was so small that you couldn’t even take a shower properly. It was not worth the money. On hotels.com site it was listed for $67 and the person at the desk told us that hotel.com is charging too much. It was really horrible experience.

Cute decor. Comfortable. Was a little different that check in and breakfast was at another hotel but good service.

No water from bathroom faucet. Lighting in room was terrible. No staff at front desk. Directed to go to hotel a block away to check-in. Security chain lock for room not working. Room And property were totally overpriced. Room was clean.

Breakfast was at the other property weird cute little room tho !
