Courtyard by Marriott Roseville Galleria Mall/Creekside Ridge Drive

There was a rather hideous black stain in the sink in my room. Almost looked like an ink pen exploded.

Nice, clean easy to walk to the mall

Loved the lounge areas in the lobby

Will when I was waiting to check in. The lady asked the gentleman why was he stay at the hotel. He replied business. She gave him a free breakfast. She did not ask me anything. I was staying there for my Dads funeral. My brother checked in an hour after me. She asked him why he was staying at the hotel. He received soda’s, chips, free breakfast and free parking. So my business was not valued by your employees at all and others were treated like a valued customer. So I will no longer business with the Marriott hotels. Also my room was next to a loud machine that kept me up all night leaving exhausted for my Father’s funeral. So many open rooms and I was put into a room that was extremely noisy. Once again not treat like a not a value customer. The last thing the bed in room 210 had a huge indentation on the side closes to the door. Have your manager sleep in the room and see how he likes it. Kind regards Stacey Scallan

The staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, breakfast was not free but it was very good.

Bed was hard, bar closed early and only served beer and wine.

My sliding glass door was broken and had to change rooms due the poor quality of the mattress

Very friendly service, nice clean property in a great spot, especially if you want to do some shopping!

Clean room and staff was very pleasant. Close to mall and restaurants. I would recommend.

The staff here are top notch and very professional.
