The Virginia Hotel is awesome Staff is wonderful

Perfect mid-week getaway. Love the service, the bar & happy hour, the Blue Pig restaurant and the private porch which was part of our room.

The Virginia Hotel is lovely, This was our first time staying there, though we have eaten at the Ebbitt room many times over 20 years. The Hotel has been redone and is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 307 BUT...the principal purpose of a hotel is to sleep in! Room 307 has the outside spotlight on the Hotel sign blasting right into the windows. I went down to the front desk to see if this could be turned off (at 1 am), as I assumed it was on a timer. Had to call over to Congress Hall to see whether someone could shut it off (they couldn't). We even debated driving back to Pennsylvania (was just spending the night). We did file a complaint the next AM. And so by all means, stay at this beautiful hotel, just NOT in room 307

The setting, location and staff were all great. Will visit again.

Hannah & front desk team welcomed us this Saturday, 1/11, with kindness and humor. With all of the snow, they patiently helped us with valeting our cars and resalting the cottage steps a few times. I’m so thankful to them! Our cottage was super clean and had great ocean views. Totally recommend this hotel!

Love this bed & breakfast. We try to visit several times a year for short get-aways.

We like it was adults only. The staff was great so helpful.

Very nice hotel. Dining room was a little noisy at night and you could hear it. But other than that our sat was lovely.
